Brynn Bell

LCSW, BCBA, LBA

Brynn Bell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She specializes in working with Autism, ADHD, family structure/parenting, divorce/co-parenting, and children with challenging behavior.

Brynn is passionate about helping individuals and famililies reach their goals and find joy in living. She has been providing therapy services for over 15 years.

She has worked in the field of mental health, behavior analysis, and school social work providing both mental health and behavior analysis services for over 15 years. She provides cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), internal family systems therapy (IFS), acceptance and committment therapy (ACT), and solution focused therapy.

Her clinical approach is solution-focused and she believes strongly that better understanding, improved habits, and clear planning can lead to mental health change. Brynn believes that individuals and families have strengths, experiences, and knowledge they can draw from to find solutions that are effective, efficient, and lasting.

She values client autonomy and celebrates diversity and identity development. Brynn strives to keep current and continuously learning to ensure that she is providing the most current and research-based interventions.

Brynn loves living in Southern Utah and enjoys hiking, yoga, and playing games with her husband and four children.

Anjanae Merida

ACMHC

As a therapist, Anjanae firmly believes in the power of validation and empathy, recognizing the significance of every individual’s lived experiences. With over two decades of dedicated experience in social services, she is committed to providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals navigating through life’s challenges.

Drawing from a diverse professional background, including roles as a counselor in educational settings and as a case manager in various social service agencies, she brings diverse knowledge and experience to her practice. Having obtained a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the esteemed University of Utah in 2008, followed by the completion of a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology in 2019, she is deeply committed to ongoing professional development. Presently, she maintains an ACMHC license, continually refining her clinical acumen through rigorous, contemporary training initiatives.

Her therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and embraces a multicultural perspective, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Proficient in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, she is dedicated to fostering healing and growth in those she serves.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Anjanae is deeply rooted in her personal life. Raised in central Utah, she has called St. George home since 2010, where she resides with her beloved husband and five cherished children. Fluent in Spanish, she is passionate about providing inclusive and accessible care to diverse communities, including the LGBTQ+ population and those navigating faith crisis.

In her leisure time, Anjanae indulges her love for musical theater, finds solace in self-help audiobooks and podcasts, and enjoys the simple pleasures of savoring a scoop of ice cream. She is deeply grateful for the opportunity to accompany individuals on their journey towards healing and wholeness.
